The menu at Ku Kitchen & Bar features classic sushi, sashimi, and delectable cooked dishes. We recently savoured their Omakase. The chef’s selection of the day’s best ingredients resulted in an explosion of taste and texture.
Their standout dish was the Hokkaido scallop nigiri, which was unbelievably sweet and tender. They also offer a weekly kaiseki tasting menu, a multi-course culinary journey showcasing seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques.
For an immersive cultural experience, they have private tatami rooms. We were particularly impressed with the sommelier’s knowledge and passion for personalised sake pairings.

Their cocktail menu features Japanese-inspired creations, such as the Sakura Martini, a specially crafted blend of gin and cherry blossom liqueur. It’s incredibly refreshing and the perfect accompaniment to the sushi.
We also took advantage of their create-your-own roll, where we customised our sushi with a variety of ingredients and sauces, including tuna and salmon. They also host a sushi-making workshop where you learn the art of sushi from their chefs.

We were impressed by the freshness of the fish and the artful presentation of each dish. The rainbow maki with its delightful variety of fresh fish was a standout. Plus, they offer a convenient takeaway service.
