We immediately enjoyed the spicy tuna roll and the salmon avocado roll at BUFFET van Odette. The fish tasted incredibly fresh.
For those craving something warm, the work station is a must-try. At this station, you’re the chef, which allows you to create your own dish. We tried their sour fried noodles with black bean sauce, which came with shrimp and chicken.
They also offer strong black coffee that pairs perfectly with sweet treats like poffertjes. We even took advantage of their chocolate fountain, which was totally classic.

Also, they make flammkuchen from wood-fired pizza (an Alsatian-style flatbread). We especially enjoyed it with crème fraîche and bacon. This is the perfect dish to share with friends while soaking up the lively atmosphere.
