Well, that’s easier said than done. Some lacked the right amenities, others were cramped, and a few were just out of budget.
So, we conducted extensive research and a few disappointing tours before finding the spaces that met all our criteria. This includes great locations, modern facilities, and a conducive environment for success.

We came across Regus Rokin, a fantastic service office hub that’s just right for entrepreneurs and small businesses in Amsterdam.
You can easily scale your workspace as your needs change, with a variety of flexible rental options. They offer private offices starting at €295 per month, day offices for €109 per day, hot desks at €49 per day, and dedicated desks for €279 per month.
Additionally, we absolutely love the amenities. The space provides 24/7 access, meeting rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, ergonomic furniture, and a virtual office service that includes mail handling.
The space is also conveniently located near the Rokin tram, bus, and metro stops, so it’s perfect for hosting clients or for staff commuting.
The stylish Art Deco vibe and open space are something we adore too. In fact, many have found them to be inspiring and feel less like a traditional office.
One professional even complimented the private offices for being well-equipped with comfortable chairs, desks, and high-quality printers.

Our favourite thing is the variety of workspaces. Whether you need a hot desk for a day or a private space when you don’t want distractions, there’s an option for you.
A client who worked here for a day mentioned that the top floor offers fantastic views and an open space, making it ideal for meetings. With 12 meeting rooms, you’ll never have to worry about finding a spot to brainstorm with your team.
Not only that, but the super-fast, secure WiFi is a lifesaver, especially if you’re on a video call or uploading large files.
Additionally, this location is open 24/7, allowing businesses that operate on graveyard shifts to easily access the office without needing to obtain permits in advance.
However, we’ve heard some complaints from people who have worked here about billing transparency, so it’s best to double-check the contract terms before signing up for a membership.

The location is right along the canals, so you get that classic Amsterdam ambience while working in a sleek, well-designed space.
Plus, they offer excellent perks, including fast internet, high-quality coffee, and stylish meeting rooms. It’s a hassle-free workspace, ideal for small teams like us looking for a ready-to-use space.
What we also love most is the sense of community. The community manager makes an extra effort to make sure everyone feels welcome. There are even regular events where you can interact with other professionals.
However, accessibility could be a problem for others since the office space is not open 24/7 and is closed on weekends. You may need to go through the hassle of preparing permits to get access during the night or on weekends.
